Like the swimming pools and the egym, which I am just beginning, seems like an excellent program. I wish you would upgrade the shower heads in the adult mens locker room!
All the people that are in the Pickleball program are great, they adjust to the less skilled players so they can learn as they go.

There is a wide variety of activities for all age levels.
I love this YMCA and how it’s a safe space for me and my family. My children love this facility and being able to use the gym and pool. Keeps us all busy at once! I have recommended this location to everyone.

Variety. The times offered
What I like about YMCA programs and activities are it helps strengthen mine body and mind. It also helps me to focus on things. For an example, water aerobics and swimming have helped strengthen my joints, and I am not in pains. I am enjoying working out on the EGYM! It gives my arms, legs, ab, back, strength, and it helps Me to get a good night sleep. Body Combat have also helped strengthen my body.
The Hot Tub, Steam Room and Sauna help relaxes my body for a good night sleep!
The program and activities have given my body good blood flow within my body! I've gotten good reports from my doctor.
Overall, the programs and activities, have added life to my body!!!!!

Group X classes (run by the amazing Jackie, and we have greatly enjoyed the instructors specifically the body pump instructors!! and the child care program run by Tomera (who also runs the activity across the hall from the childcare area). We love seeing/talking with Debora (works a lot of the Saturday Mornings) at the childcare center!
