What do you like about our programs and activities?

I appreciate using the EGYM machines because I don't have to remember how to set up individual weight machines. I also like taking the silver sneakers class a few times a week. I also love the times I can play Pickleball.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love your Egym program! It makes it so much easier to exercise. I just found out about it at orientation. You also have a very nice pool that is usually not too crowded. People at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. I love the silver sneakers program.

I absolutely love the entire gym, and the teacher named Nikki she is a water aerobics teacher. A wonderful example of positive energy

Really enjoy the pools and the walking track! The staff is friendly. Great community place to hang out in. Good vibe.

Love the silver sneakers class. I would love to see more silver sneakers weight bearing classes. Kim teaches a great 1:00 PM Class on Mondays and Wednesdays. I would love to see more of this style.

I enjoy playing pickleball and am starting on the EGYM this Thursday. The staff are all very friendly too!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We like the swim lessons and I used to do group fitness classes all the time. My husband goes and lifts once in awhile too. We also have our daughter in the Y after school care program at stormonth which is great!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love the water aerobics classes! Also work out on the circuit and like how it is personalized to my ability and works all the core muscles in a shorter workout. The other workout equipment is top notch too.
