I like the current hours. The new egym lifting equipment is very nice too. The new Spin room is nice.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I don't use the programs, but utilize the pool, steam room, whirl pool and sauna...occasionally the gym but we have equipment at home to use. Will be looking into the pool Zumba...that looks like something I would enjoy.

The YMCA’s programs… open doors for healthy living under the Christian principled umbrella.
I am a long-time YMCA member, who is now an aging adult that continues to embrace wellness opportunities. And the programming is fun! Lexi Hood is a phenomenal personal trainer. She knows her stuff and how to help one unleash their fitness potential. Thank you!

I've been enjoying walking the track for 2.5 - 3 miles a day. I'm looking forward to checking out the e-gym.
