Took my vehicle in for an oil change and briefly mentioned a sound my car had been making for over a year that NO ONE, including the dealership, could pinpoint. Not only did they complete the oil change, but they pinpointed the noise! Turned out was a seal on the windshield, a known issues on this make and model of Ford vehicles. I was not only pleased with he service I requested, but the AMAZING after care service and follow up I received after I already had my car back. I will definitely be back and will MOST definitely be recommending Christian Brothers Automotive to everyone I know.

The employee's were very nice and professional, they even came down on the original price about $120, and they actually fixed the problem without adding additional work that didn't need done at the time. The facility was very nice and clean as well.

May have to offer some kind of discount program for people retired and on fixed income.Warranty program is good-shuttle service is good.despite exceptionally High Prices on certain repairs, they appear to be competitive with New Car dealer labor prices which are high. Will continue to use their repair services.I am a NEW customer who lives 5 minutes from Store---Convience is important, and believe they have an excellent location. You might consider providing a FREE OIL CHANGE on repairs over certain amounts. PROMOTIONS WORK---First name removed
