I chose Christian Brothers because I received a coupon in the mail. My husband did some background searching on the company and found that it was a company with a purpose. I set up an oil change online. When I showed up, the office was very clean, and welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. They offered a courtesy shuttle, but I chose to stay and wait. The waiting area had the most comfortable furniture, and the environment was warm, complete with coffee and CheezIt packages. When my vehicle was done, the receptionist went over what was done, as well as two suggestions for my vehicle. When I am financially ready to fix those suggestions, I will definitely be going back!

I appreciated the curtesy of the staff, and the attention to detailed of the mechanics. I especially liked the way they presented the outbrief, showing me with camera detail what they did to my vehicle, explaining with pictures and schematics the procedures used. Very nicely done. Thank you.

Very courteous staff(his name is Ken).Offer ride for us while we leave our car for repair though we are 2 blocks away from the shop so we don't need it.They always update by text..They are on time in completing the repair as what they promise.I would definitely recommend.

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

Loved the homily mom and pop feel to the waiting room. Not like the normal cold feeling of a regular oil change place. Had a shuttle, that was nice gave me opportunity to start the crock pot while i waited at home while my car got worked on. They were sending me text letting me know the status of my car, even sending pictures of the diagnosis or bringing things to my attention.
Would use them again, just hope years from now they don't lose the homily feel and get too busy.
