The staff at CB were friendly and informative regarding the work needed on my car. This was my first time visit. The AC in my car had been struggling to quickly cool in the hot summer, CB fixed the problem while in for an oil change. Wish I would have done this at the beginning of summer instead of the end. The free shuttle got me home quickly so I didn't have to wait around. Nice shop, nice people.
Made an appointment and waited for work to be done. Very friendly staff, was offered water coffee and there was fruit and snacks while I waited. It took no time at all and I was on my way. I would recommend them and will.

Literally everything, from the cleanliness of the lobby to the patience and respectfulness of the staff, the courtesy ride home the water and snacks I was offered obviously the attention to detail on the estimate I received via email and phone call, the excellent work that was done on my vehicle literally everything I have nothing negative to say about this place. The only thing that could make my experience any better is if they were to do all this for free but hey.
They genuinely care about their customers and treat them like family. They take the time to explain what is going on with your car.
Mike and Ken were great. The texts messages to keep you up to date on your vehicle was awesome. Definitely will be going back again.
I liked the service, the price and the all around great attitude of the staff. It was a great feeling to know you weren't getting a bunch of unnecessary repairs pushed on you. I will definitely be telling everyone I know to bring their cars there to get fixed.

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to explain an issue with my car. The honesty in telling me I don’t have to fix it now. The curtesy shuttle so you don’t have to wait there but it is great that they have coffee and snacks if you do decide to wait.

Ken took the time to explain what my vehicle needed, & showing me on their screen the car parts that needed attention really helped understand what was wrong with my vehicle. At no point did they make me feel pressured or that I was bothering them with my questions.
