This was my first experience with a Christian Brothers Automotive and I received excellent customer service! I have never received such comprehensive, yet easy to understand, information about my car without feeling pressured to purchase any services. The color pictures really helped me understand the needs that were reviewed. Text and email communications are convenient as well. Finally, I loved seeing local special needs adults coming in to work at Christian Brothers. Thank you for being a great community partner!

People at the desk were very knowledgeable, and were willing to go the extra mile to be helpful.

I had an oil change, a free evaluation/ inspection, and then an AC rejuvenation done for my BMW sedan, and the work was done professionally and successfully. The engine is humming, my AC blows cold again, and I had them replace dirty filters detected in the inspection.

The free coffee, water oatmeal cream cookies and comfortable chairs and couches were also appreciated.

I'm going to use Christian Bros. the next time I need auto work performed.

I took in a 1956 Chevy P/U. No other shop would work on it. I had electrical, engine and Fuel issues. Christian Brother's fixed them all at a very reasonable price. There was an issue, but correctly perfectly at NO additional charge.
With Christian Brother's I was always in the loop on a daily basis. They definitely put their customers first.

Friendly and courteous. They did a thorough inspection and went over any issues they found. They were very good at explaining everything so I can decide if I wanted the work to be done or not. Not pushy at all. I decided according to my budget.

Very nice experience . Everyone was so friendly . They keep you updated on what is going on with your vehicle through out the day. The shop was very nice and clean. Mike called the next day to see if everything was OK . I will certainly go back there . They even shuttled me to my home and came back to get me when my vehicle was ready . Christian Brothers Automotive at Litchfield Park are very professional, organized & courteous. From start to finish, you are updated on the status of your workorder. My assigned mechanic, GEORGE, performed a check engine light inspection & tourbleshot the problem professionally. I am very please from their service & the friendliness of the front office. This business is a HOMERUN to the Litchfield Park community.

Their honesty and excellent customer service! I took my car in and asked for a specific service to be completed, which I was advised by the dealership needed to be done as soon as possible. Shortly after they called me and advised that wasn’t an issue, the belts etc. on my car we’re fine. I told them why I was concerned, they took it out for a test drive and called me back with the issue. My car now runs like it’s brand new! I will definitely take it to Christian Brothers for all future repairs. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
