I think the only thing I would have liked would be to be told that they couldn’t work on my manual tranny… thru yelp I was told that they can work on my tranny, but it was never communicated that I had a manual transmission. My goal was to take it to one spot only n not have drive from one spot to the next and next. BUT, putting that aside… I’m really glad I bumped into Christian Brothers. I’ve done customer service in the past (service u don’t get to see much of now a days)… this place is amazing with all their inspections. Mind you my jeep is a 95… I’ve done all work on my own since 95. But as old as it is, these guys went above and beyond to inspect everything. They sent me pictures of what was needed in order of priority. It needs some work… I know it’s not a “just for the money” thing because I’m the original owner.. I know what it needs, work that is beyond my scope of practice. They didn’t want to work on my car yet because they felt the tranny was priority. But after that gets done, I’ll be scheduling an appointment to get all those other things done at Christian Bros. Great Customer Service is hard to find… totally worth it here!

Although, my son decided to go with another repair shop, if I ever need any repairs on my car, I would bring it to Christian Brothers. They broke everything done on their estimates showing exactly what you were be paying for.

The honesty of the repair, and descriptive of what needs to be repair keeps me coming back to CBA. In all the years CBA has worked on my vehicles it has been the most positive outcome for me. I cannot point to one service advisor who’s knowledge is better than the other. Each service advisor have been professional in all aspects of automotive service. I have been treated with the upmost respect, and listened with my automotive concerns. Receiving a callback the following day, indicates CBA cares about their customers.
