I was told at the dealership that I needed a new water pump. Christian Brothers ran their own pressure test and reported I just needed an upper radiator hose that they installed and then ran another pressure test and said that was all that was needed.

I appreciate their ability to pinpoint and resolve the problem even though I shared what the dealership's diagnosis was. The scheduled and completed the work the same day.

Personable service

I love that I can receive the estimates and all information to peruse at my convenience. Then, the ability to approve service and have them begin right away is a plus. That convenience does it for me.

I was very impressed by Christian Bros Automotive. They did an excellent for for a reasonable price. I also liked the way they communicate, very detailed email which allows me to review and select the services I want them to perform. They are my new mechanics :)

We love the excellent customer service we get here. We dropped our car off in the middle of the night after having problems driving home from the airport. They were giving us a call by 7 am to help us and had our car fixed by 11 am. Love the updates we get along the way and the cookies we get when we picked up the car were a nice added touch of their great customer service and delicious!

Friendly staff, they always include pictures when they find something wrong with your vehicle, and they give you a chocolate chip cookie with your oil change. Their work is reliable and reasonably priced. And they never lie or push a sale that you don't need.

I think the only thing I would have liked would be to be told that they couldn’t work on my manual tranny… thru yelp I was told that they can work on my tranny, but it was never communicated that I had a manual transmission. My goal was to take it to one spot only n not have drive from one spot to the next and next. BUT, putting that aside… I’m really glad I bumped into Christian Brothers. I’ve done customer service in the past (service u don’t get to see much of now a days)… this place is amazing with all their inspections. Mind you my jeep is a 95… I’ve done all work on my own since 95. But as old as it is, these guys went above and beyond to inspect everything. They sent me pictures of what was needed in order of priority. It needs some work… I know it’s not a “just for the money” thing because I’m the original owner.. I know what it needs, work that is beyond my scope of practice. They didn’t want to work on my car yet because they felt the tranny was priority. But after that gets done, I’ll be scheduling an appointment to get all those other things done at Christian Bros. Great Customer Service is hard to find… totally worth it here!
