Since this was our first visit, I was told we would get a overview of the vehicle & any future costs. Unfortunately when I received our copy, even though there are hand written notes & the person promised we would be contacted with the additional information, we have not. Other than that, we hope our future visit will include any additional points of concern for our vehicles.
