When I called to schedule service, he was prompt and courteous. And as usual, prompt in diagnosing the issue with my vehicle.

Very pleasant Elijah was very, very professional a couple of days after the repair I finally drove my wife’s SUV and when I got in the car the battery cover hadn’t been installed and the floor board in the second row where the battery is hadn’t been put back in yet. I’m not an unhappy customer and I don’t want the fella that did the work to get in any kind trouble, There was a metal pan in the back seat that could have slid across and shorted it out, I have a torx bit that was left in the car and I will drop it off to you when I have a chance. I will continue to come to you and I will refer everyone I know. Again, I do not want anybody reprimanded for this, it was an honest oversight.

CBS staff was beyond helpful in understanding our needs. We have a older car that needed suspension work and they worked with us in getting the cost down without sacrificing safety. The job was done very professionally within minimal time for that job and pictures were taken to help us understand what was been done and why.
