I don’t attend the programs. I like that I can come in and walk/exercise whenever the weather is bad.

People who work there are friendly and helpful. Class instructors are very good. I like chair volleyball and Silver Sneakers classic classes.

Soon as I enter YMCA, i feel welcome. The whole atmosphere has a positive vibe. Even though i do not know most, i do feel friendly people around. Physical exercises help me physically and the congenial ambience helps me mentally.
