What do you like about our programs and activities?

First the instructor for the class I take is excellent. She is kind, knowledgeable and encouraging. The exercises she leads us in are challenging and focus on helping aging adults build and maintain functional strength.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I’m a senior and I like the gentle yoga classes. Instructors are very nice. The small weight circuit in front is nice. Front desk staff very friendly.

It's fun making friends while working out. Silver Sneakers has the best instructor in Holly. The front desk staff is amazing.
