I use the deep water exercise classes. Thank you for adding more of these to the schedule. All three of the instructors are terrific. I enjoy the varied routines and exercises. The lifeguards are cheerful and encouraging, too.
Here's the two things that I suggest get attention. First, the locker room should be more thoroughly cleaned. Ladies' hair consistently lays on the floor and in the shower for days at a time. Second, the swim team gets priority. Makes no sense to me that the evening class must start late and that a few swim instructors behave in nasty manner despite running over their time.

I do like the cycling classes and Monday night 5:45 with Kristen. I would like to see more 5:45 strength classes, pilates or a kickboxing class would be great! 15 bags could serve 30 ppl, or 10 bags could serve 20 ppl, etc. There is really not a variety of classes at the 5:45 time slot in my opinion. The saturday 7:30 cycling is great but it would be nice to have a different kind of class at that time slot too for variety. I realize space and instructors are limited. Just my wish list!

The wonderful instructors who really care about us and want us to do our best to stay healthy and strong. They also have set programs and plans for each class, but always integrate some new exercises into the class so there is variety plus constancy. I often thank them after a class so they are aware of my gratitude. Each instructor, in addition to any other Y staff member with whom I have come on contact with, makes this YMCA a wonderful place to be. Thank you.
Good selection of classes, instructors are great and I like the group x classes. I wish you would bring back instructors choice class on Saturdays!
Variety
Love the Pickel ball. Like to see it on Friday or Saturdays as well, even if very early. The wife wanted to see ripped back in evenings if possible as it was prior to Covid. Thanks for listening
my husband and I love coming to the Ymca. Jim like going into the sauna . We just learned that going into the sauna four times a week helps your memory. We just like the people we meet, the girls and guys at front desk. It just a great place to be a member. Thank YOU.
My husband and I really enjoy the lap lanes in the pool
My favorite is water aerobics. During covid I would come in and use the bike or the sit down elliptical.

I participate in swim aerobics. Wonderful class with wonderful instructors a d amazing women who participate in the class.
We just use the workout machines at this time but really like the selection and amount of machines you have available.
