I love the wonderful variety of activies that are offered at YMCA. I love that I can work out with my granddaughter and then get ready for the pool!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Y covers all ages and physical classes. I enjoy meeting new people and especially doing workouts with friends of the same age. The Silver Sneaker programs are wonderful and teach members the correct way to do exercise to keep us fit.

Working with the Senior Center has made such a change in my life. Being a widow I felt alone but attending trips, programs and being connected with the Y has made my life easier to deal with. All of the Senior Center employees make you feel important and are always looking to the the future in planning trips, games and social activities.

Thank you to everyone at the Y and the Senior Center.

I am member of Senior Center in Florence, and really appreciate all exercises what they provide to us, specially Tai Chi exercises fi Seniors. Thank you !!!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I was more critical of the "Y" back in April or May for the type of training that I used to do. For the type of lifting and exercise that I do now it's fine. I'm 60 so I longer do cardio classes.

Based on my age all I do now is work on strengthening my legs and balance. The set up for that which does not involve classes or machines is fine.

I like Everything I've tried except Zumba. This class took the place of Dance Fit at the RC Durr location.

I miss Dance Fit and the exceptional instructor, Nic. I'm not the only member who feels this way. Otherwise, it's perfect for me!
