The customer service at the front desk. It has been several months since I had visited and I had to reactivate my Renew Active. The other lady was busy and Kristine came over to take care of everything for me. Thank you, Kristine!

I enjoy the variety of classes for many age ranges. We could use a few more instructors but some friends that run gyms are also having trouble finding good instructors.

I really enjoy the chair yoga class. Great teacher! I wish it were twice a week.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Crystal is my trainer and she is the best! She honestly deserves a huge reward because she goes over and beyond for all of her clients and classes. She cares deeply about the people she works with and helps with any pain issues during workouts. I feel honored to have her as my trainer.
