IT IS VERY CLEAN, WELL EQUIPPED AND THE STAFF THERE IS ALWAYS POLITE AND READY TO HELP.

FOR ME LIVING AT THE JUNCTION OF US 42 AND PLEASANT VALLEY ROAD IT ONLY TAKES ME 15 MINUTES TO GET TO THE YMCA FROM MY HOUSE.

I’M A 71 YEAR OLD VETERAN WHO HAS HAD TO STOP WORKING OUT FOR MANY YEARS UNTIL THEY COULD OPERATE ON MY BACK. THE GYM IS PREFECT FOR MY NEEDS.

My only complaint would be that it is very crowded at times and hard to use some of the resources other than that enjoy very much so if you want to grow membership, you need to expand.
