Good classes for older adults
The fact that there are so many to choose from. Myself, I take advantage of the fitness center, the basketball court, the swimmng pool but see so many other activities to enjoy that fits into anyone's life style of working to become fit.
I enjoy the people and the classes are very enjoyable and helps keep you in shape. Wonderful instructors.

Would like to see you offer self defense to member of our ymca. There is enough interest in this. And I believe there is enough membership to sustain it as well.I would even be willing to pay addition fee for this.

Pool. Gym
Most of my time is spent at the pool.
I really don't know how to work the exercise machines. I think this is why I go to the pool.

The RC Durr YMCA is a fantastic family friendly facility with events and activities for the whole family.
There is a goo balance for any age group.

Friendly instructors, The silver sneakers class is very beneficial to my health.. all the participants are very friendly and fun to be with. all the workers at the YMCA are very friendly and very informative on any one subject.. The YMCA IS A very friendly safe environment.

I’m new to this Y. We’ve recently moved from Georgia where at our Y I was a certified group instructor and trainer. Everyone here has been super helpful and friendly. Looking forward to getting more involved in this beautiful facility.
