The facilities are modern. The indoor pool is great for swimming laps. The locker rooms are so clean. The sauna was nice. I really like this location. It is much nicer than the Campbell County.

Love the Move Strong class. I wish the morning class at 5 30 am was a tad bit later. Maybe 6 am. Also would love some more in the the evenings keeping the same time, just more days.

I liked the instructor a lot. She is very friendly and seems to enjoy what she does. She asked my name and kept telling me to go at my own pace. At end of class she asked if I was doing ok.
I can only do the water fitness classes because of my health issues.
R.C. Durr YMCA has a vast array of programs and activities for all ages. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Good classes for older adults
The fact that there are so many to choose from. Myself, I take advantage of the fitness center, the basketball court, the swimmng pool but see so many other activities to enjoy that fits into anyone's life style of working to become fit.
I enjoy the people and the classes are very enjoyable and helps keep you in shape. Wonderful instructors.
