Love water aerobics……we have great instructors. Don’t like the filthy ladies locker room. Locker are rusting out.
Love the Strength Lite class with Kristin H.. She keeps it fun and moving; every class is different.

I like that you have all different types of activities and exercise classes. I work out in the gym. I do want to join a chair yoga class but haven't found many options. Most of the workers are friendly, not all of them though. I am very happy with being a part of the Y!
My kids and I all feel like no matter what we are involved with within the YMCA that we are a part of a family there. And that is more than I can ask for. My girls have become stronger and braver... and even myself included. We would not be where we are without the YMCA

Love the snack bar and zero entry
I love our water aerobics classes but on Mondays they are so full it's hard to exercise. I have suggested the one day we only have one morning class to give us an extra swimming lane for space for one hour. No one is interested it seems to give it a try.
If you have any questions the staff is always willing to assist.
