I would do more movestrong classes if they were not always so crowded.

Program are great but I don’t like the new app that was just rolled out. The new app doesn’t track your weight room workouts or track points. What happened to the points I accumulate on the old app??? Name removed

I love all of the group classes especially Power and Core. My only wish is that maybe some day the will add onto the indoor pool. Many times it is difficult to get a lane to swim in even with a reservation.

Silver Sneakers is so important in getting me going each week. It’s enjoyable and I have made new friends as well as reconnected with former ones.
For me, I enjoy the yoga sessions. I especially enjoy Lauren as an instructor. I enjoy socializing before and after class. I am always greeted warmly when I arrive.

We only Visited the outdoor Pool. Love all the shaded areas, the pool were great, staff was so nice-esp at the check in counter. The slide was a blast and a pleasant surprise—the deli!
We just joined so don't have much experience with programs or activities yet but the customer service we received was unmatched. The lady at the front desk was VERY busy but smiled and greeted everyone that entered while still attending to us with the upmost professionalism and made sure all of our questions were answered. Her ability to multi-task, stay polite and pleasant with each and every guest and her general concern for us left us deeply impressed. What a rare gem at the Burlington YMCA on Sunday morning.

Good variety of classes
Group fitness Instructors are great. Need more bikes and a dedicated space for cycle classes. Cycle fills very fast and precludes a member who just wants to try a cycle class from getting a bike!
The waterpark
I like the range of activities provided and the frequent timing throughout the year. One recommendation I have is related to the basketball leagues. Our son is playing in the summer basketball league right now and is in the 6:30 timeslot. There is often a backup in the lobby as we are waiting for the first games to end and fans to clear out -- I think building in a 15 minute buffer between ending of first games and starting of second games would help to alleviate this issue. It is very chaotic in the lobby and a nuisance everyone.
Love the outdoor pool. Have a great soccer program and swim lessons.
The ability for my 11 year old son to workout in the fitness equipment room after completing a training session. Other gyms don’t do that. This allows us to be able to exercise as a family and not have to pay for childcare. I do wish you still offered some time in the evenings during the summer months for family swim time though. My husband prefers the indoor pool over the outdoor pool, but since you no longer have indoor family pool time, he has been opting out. He would be more willing to do the outdoor pool if you had more shady spots to sit. Many times all of the chairs/tables with umbrellas are taken and since he doesn’t sweat, he’s miserable in the heat. It would also be nice to have more picnic tables by the concession area. My son and I had to sit in the grass to eat lunch because there was no other place to sit and eat.
