Silver Sneakers program is great because its program is geired for people my age and older.
Also you comfortable if you cant keep up there is no judgment, They have programs to interest you.

Warm, caring, and committed instructors. Other staff members who are welcoming and helpful. All staff members appear to care about the mission of the Y. Thank you Y staff.

I love the variety of activities that are planned throughout the day. My daughter enjoys going to camp every day and also has the opportunity to take swim lessons.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

It is a wonderful program. Age appropriate activities that focus on the development of the mind, body and spirit. The staff is knowledgeable and very caring. All the kids in my family grew up at the Y. There is no better place to be.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

We live the YMCA but wish there were more open times for indoor swim. Usually it's only open for lap swim. I realize this is important for other members but it's very inconvenient for those with kids wishing to swim with them. Maybe offer a section for open swim and other Lanes lap swim, not the whole pool 😣
