Many of us seniors who have been exercising regularly for many years still can't keep up with most of the strength and movement classes you offer which seem to be geared to the thirty something crowd.
We still need that work, but at a much slower pace

I really enjoy the outdoor pool in the summer and the gym the rest of the year. I have tween girls, it would be great if there was more options for them. I don't feel like I can go to the gym during the summer because they don't have activities to keep them occupied during that time. Not exactly a complaint, Just something to think about.
There seems to be something for the really little and the adult, but not the tween age. More an observation.
Impressed by all the programs and activities available and how the staff keeps you informed of them.
Its fun and I get a good workout
I have gone in the gym most days when I come to warm up before going in the workout areas. Today all the basketballs were locked up. I did get a ball from the front desk but that is an inconvenient way to have to do it. I hope this is resolved before I go back.
My grandchildren love swim lessons. My Grandson is playing soccer and loves it.
Swim lessons are well run and teachers are very personable
