I’m mainly a lap swimmer early in the morning. I appreciate the Y opening early in the morning and allowing me to get my workout in early.

do to health issues ( several major surgeries in last few years ) silver sneakers class has helped me a lot however they are quite crowed. plan to use the pool this summer. may consider other activities later. thanks

What do you like about our programs and activities?

1) The instructors are personal and make exercising fun, 2) a variety of activities are offered whether land, water, weights or more. 3) programs/,activities offered seven days a week 4) child care is available. 5) YMCA360 is available in case you can’t make it to the physical Y.
