Beautiful pool...friendly staff ( Peggy is the best!), life guards seem interested in pool safety, much nicer facility and staff compared to Lyons.

It’s a great place to meet like-minded people. I have not used the programs but I do enjoy the fitness center.

The deep water exercise class with Renee has really been good for strength training as well as cardio, including helping a back issue I have been dealing with. It is an inntnense and enjoyable exercise class!

Adult swim lessons- the instructor Chris is awesome. She is patient, kind and very encouraging.

The sauna is great.

There is something for every member of the family, the scheduling is good and the exercise machines are always available. Bonus - things scheduled for seniors. I love it.

I love the classic senior silver sneakers class. Just wish it wasn t so hard to get into. We also love the indoor water park. I haven t done much more than that.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love that you have so many lanes for lap swimming, both outdoors and indoors, and that the outdoor pool opens earlier than Memorial Day in May and closes later than Labor Day in September.
