What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the 2 pools and the classes in the water. I need 2 new knees that I'm not going to get so I can only do things in the water. I do enjoy it immensely. I've been off for the last 3 months because of a broken foot but I'm hoping to get back there soon. It won't be soon enough for me.

I love the class choices. I attend the arthritis warm water class weekly and its wonderful...plus the excercise machines are available when feel like a treadmill walk.

I like the variety of choices, the instructors, the front desk very friendly. I love that the seniors come together to workout, get fit and stay strong.
