What do you like about our programs and activities?

They give seniors a chance to be active and socialize with other seniors. Seniors have a place to go when they just don't feel like being alone. The exercises is geared to make it easy to participate in without feeling awkward. The members and staff is very friendly.

I think PCY is a great place for all kinds of people! Families, couples and singles!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

My primary activity is lap swimming which I try to do 3-4 times per week. I always appreciate the condition of the pools. The water appears extra clear. The guards are attentive. I feel safe. The pools are always open when the schedule says they are. Much appreciated! Thank you!

There are a variety of programs offered but i generally focus on the arthritis class. I am glad for the many activities available even if i do not avail myself of them.
