I like the variety of choices, the instructors, the front desk very friendly. I love that the seniors come together to workout, get fit and stay strong.

Great programs. Need to have the heater fixed( permanently) in the inside pool for the arthrisit
water class.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Friendly staff. sense of community. Lots of offerings for seniors. I like the various classes and teachers. Wish there were more offerings of Silver Sneakers (always fills) and more space for socializing besides just the entrance. I like the coffee offered and the little library. But most of all I feel welcomed buy the staff, especially Nikki.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like using the fitness room. I made an easy transition from a doctor ordered fitness program, to a self-driven fitness program 1 year ago. I have been able to stay with this self-driven plan since.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I appreciate the variety of programs,the pools,and how kind the staff is!It doesn't happen often,but sometimes I miss when there's no music playing when I swim laps.The music helps it feel less of a work out and more fun.Thanks!

Atmosphere, instructors, content. The showers and lockers get a little crazy on swim lesson evenings so it would be nice to have more space but not a huge deal.
