Times and variety. Appreciate the evening Pilates… I live closer to clippard and gamble nippert - would love to have a weeknight evening Pilates class at either of those locations.

It is very annoying though when people camp out on any of the weight machines either on their phones or talking to others!
I participate in deep water classes and have found them to be very helpful with stabilizing my strength and range of motion. The instructors are the best!

I like that the ppl are nice and you meet a lot of ppl just like you.
Really enjoy the great instructors in "Silver Sneakers " and frequency of classes but limit on number of participants in class due to room size often shuts us out of class .
An issue hopefully can be resolved!
The outdoor pool is my reason for frequently visiting. Love the roomy lap lanes!

I mostly use the pool which is fantastic. For us older folks the socializing is great. Sometimes finding a chair or a parking spot is difficult. Thanks for being there, though.

I primarily use the workout room. Although it has numerous machines and free hand weights, I would like to see a second rack for those interested in squats, deadlifts, bench press and overhead press. Those exercises have been shown to be the most comprehensive exercises for any age because they stress the entire body - increasing bone density, improving insulin sensitivity and other cellular improvements in addition to strengthening muscles, tendons, and ligaments. They are also very functional exercises in that all of us need to stand, lift things from the ground, push things overhead, and so forth. I would also like to see 1.25 pounds as the smallest weight to add to a bar instead of 2.5 pounds for those of us getting up in years, and even a second bar that is maybe 33 pounds or less, instead of only the 45 pound bar.
I also enjoy swimming laps in the recreational pool because of the warm water. The other indoor pool is too cold and the outdoor pool is... well, outdoors, and I am limited to indoor swimming because of precancerous skin conditions.
