Flexibility in terms of type of exercises available, clean facilities, friendly staff. I especially like the Brig, BOGA class and Fitness Center.
It helps with my walking, and I have met some very good people there ,from staff to members. I have spoken very nice about the YMCA and have encouraged them to become a member.

I e been out of town for quite some time. I’m able to return to using the Y again. My app had expired and needed updating for access. I encountered really helpful personnel at the front desk… so friendly… so helpful! Welcoming!
Pool
I tried aqua therapy for the first time and really enjoyed it. I have joint issues and it was a relief to be able to do exercises that normally cause stress on my body when not in the water.
I am still gainfully employed, my only wish was that there was a class after 2p, however I understand I can 7se the lap pool and use the outer lanes to walk and do some of the exercises that I learned in the class.
I love Silver Sneakers but it is always full. Maybe offer more classes of it?
People at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. Indoor spash pool is great for small children to adults.

The PCY has two of the best instructors of all the Ys and the staff and the membership is the friendliest.

very active branch. use the the weight room, stretching room and sauna albeit it is often times crowded. everyone is friendly and welcoming.
I like a LOT of things. I haven't been as active as I was last year, but here are some of the things I like: The pools, especially the Family Pool area. I like the bubble pool, though I have only been in their once. I was a little cold after getting out of the pool, so I need to bring a warm covering. I like the classes you have. Though it is sometimes hard to get into them because EVERYONE LOVES THEM, and sign up quickly, when I have taken a class, it has been most enjoyable. The clientele/other members are friendly. The staff are wonderful. Friendly and helpful. The Y has a very nice atmosphere.
