I love the swimming classes, especially the ones lead by Renee. It would be terrific if she could do more 8:00 classes. Her style of instruction is very helpful and she explains the benefits of each movement so thoroughly. I am looking forward to getting back into the water park area once renovations are complete. Please consider adding more classes instructed by Renee!
The friendly staff, the friends I met. Classes make me get up and out the door since my surgery. I have more energy after 6 weeks of being sedentary.

I enjoy the various classes available for seniors.
I like the yoga, Pilates, and other group exercise classes. I’ve only had great experiences with the instructors and people in the classes.

I love your outdoor pool. Its clean and well managed. The lounge chairs are great! They sit up higher than most and are easy to get on them- i have had a knee and hip replacement and really appreciate it!
Silver sneakers classes
Renee is the best instructor I have had in Water Aerobics in my 20+ years of classes.
The registration process is very frustrating since I am on the website and the class fills up without me in 60 seconds. At least once a week, I keep re-entering the site with the hope someone will cancel their registration.
So much offered for seniors. Love the Y
