I have only been a member a week. it was easy to sign up and the staff was lovely. I very much enjoy the pool- which is all I have attended so far.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the water exercises. Have not used the exercise room recently but I will soon. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. The tables and chairs, coffee and teas are a definite plus!

They are perfect for seniors and physically challenged. The instructors are very thorough with there teachings. I appreciate the interaction that the patrons have at the Y. I have formed many friendships while being here. Keep up the good work.
