There are so many activities to choose from.

Love Renee's deep water class!

I like the silver sneakers classes, but I don’t like to sign up for them because they are full within five minutes. It would be nice to have a bigger room so anyone who would like to join the Class would be able to.

I like the senior water exercise classes. Also other activities like holiday potluck. I also use the sauna whenever I come. Have also used the gym, occasionally.

I came in to get information about the Silver Sneakers Program. I signed up because both the employee and volunteer were very helpful and informative. I can wait to meet with trainer to get started.

I like the current pool. It’s too bad that after a lengthy renovation period it is still not operational. I specifically phoned to inquire as to whether it was actually open this week and I was told it was open. To my surprise when i arrived i was informed it was broken- motor problem. No idea when it would be working again.
