convienent location and times
At 82 and 79 and because of a family emergency, we have been out of town for extended periods of time the past 2 years. We have not been able to take advantage of structured programs and activities. We WALK in the pool and make use of the stations in the excellent, clean, brightly welcoming gym as often as we are able. Your staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Lyons Y, thank you for being there!

Ms Ann is very knowledgeable in swimming and my children have progressed significantly since starting with her.
Kids friendly-- soccer basketball and swimming programs are great!

I like the relaxed and fun atmosphere. It allows kids to get involved in sports, find their interests. And not feel pressured to "be the best" or give up other interests

Great opportunities for children to learn teamwork, have caring coaches. Spring soccer was a very positive experience for our children despite the challenges weather posed early in the season.

variety and quality teachers and clean facility
i only use the fitness center in the winter months, it meets my needs. I very occasionally use the pool in the summer to get some sun while sitting on the most uncomfortable chairs ever designed.
Staff is always friendly at check-in. there is no sign of any staff in the fitness room.
If I did not have the silver-sneakers (or whatever it is called now), I doubt I would pay the posted membership fees. I would look at one of the large fitness centers (Planet Fitness).
Enjoy Silver Sneakers class. Would continue pickleball but my shoulder does not agree. Weights and machines are great.
Good pool hours and equipment. More evening classes would be nice
I have not been yet use to go to Blue Ash.
