Love all the options of stuff to do! I do wish children could use the weight rooms with parental supervision though, but I also understand why those rules are in place.

I like ;my silver sneaker classes, I enjoy being with others and I truly feel I am getting fit as well as getting balance I need as I approach my 80's .

Very comprehensive
We are one big family. Bridget does a great job of finding programs that apply to everyone. Our activities are amazing, and we have a lot of participation. I have found several groups of friends thru pickleball and bootcamp, We help to raise money for the Y, we go out to dinner together and every Thursday we do coffee after working out. Thank you ME Lyons Y to keep me sane.lol
I’m a new member but have felt welcomed. So far I’ve been impressed. I’m especially enjoying lap swimming. The facility is very nice. I love the pool temperature and locker room amenities.
The front desk helped show me the equipment room and how to operate the stationary bike; this was important to me as I needed to use it after knee surgery.
