Indoor and outdoor pools are great. Lifeguards are well trained and professional. Bridget does a fantastic job running this branch of the Y.

Body Pump, Body Balance, Mat Pilates, general workout room with treadmill, bikes, exercise circuit machines
- personal training with Alyssa Hoofnel - she is the best!!
- outdoor pool is fantastic!

I like the variety of activities that are offered. It's also a joy to enter the Y and be greeted by friendly staff members I'm older now, so it's nice to see people in my age group working out.

I am disappointed in the Silver Sneakers class aka Fit for Life. There is not enough cardio along with the weights and balance. The class with CJ was a complete mix.
