Silver Sneakers exercise classes, especially the 4 days @ 8:00.
Now that I am retired I can enjoy all the YMCA has to offer. I personally cannot say enough praise for Jamie Warf, I have been a member for 37+ years and find her to be the best instructor I have ever experienced. However in my younger years I still had good instructors who have remained my friends for life.
Jamie's Cycling/Spinning class is the best! Outstanding, which I try t attend 3 days a week along with Jamie's Barre class which is also the best class. With the combination of these 2 classes I work all my muscle groups at the age of 70.
Thank you YMCA for your dedication in supporting the best instructors and class options.

The locker rooms are dirty. They are only cleaned after hours. They need to be cleaned also during the day.

Pool is important for my granddaughter
I am new but so far I like the pool and fitness center. Would like to try more programs in the future.
Only complaint is that I wish the hours were a little later.
They have so much to offer.
Silver sneakers exercise and balance classes. Wish there was more than one a day. Maybe one in late afternoon or evening?
Love the 9:10 pool exercise but am having an allergic traction (eczema) to it so cant go more than once a week
I like just being able to come into a class without having to register for the class first on line.
I like the pickleball, the pool and the nautilus room.

I like that i enjoy silver sneaker program, due to meeting people, getting extra excersie i need for my age and feeling much better about myself. Also getting lots of balance exercises that help since I am older
