Strength Training and Defend are great classes! The people who run/sub them are fantastic.
Kids Club made joining the Y possible. I have 3 kiddos under 9 and I now feel freedom in working out. I actually enjoy it now.

I love the silver sneaker classes. They are challenging without being overwhelming. It’s great to have an exercise program for active seniors where we don’t have to try to keep up with people in the 20’s and 30’s
My YMCA is doing a great job with programs and all activities. I especially appreciate how they reopened in June 2020 in the pandemic and continue to help us physically, emotionally, and mentally!
Just started going today very clean place and not to far from were I live.
I love everything about the Y!! The instructors are knowledgeable, enthusiastic, encouraging and inspirational to me.
I exercise not only for the physical benefits, but also for the release of dopamine to aid in my emotional health.
I truly believe in the mission statement of the Y and believe that is what the Y wants for me which is emotional, physical and spiritual well being!
