Personally I enjoy the weight machines, the elliptical machine, and the treadmill. I haven’t participated in any programs.
Lisa gives lots of in water instruction, even moving their arms and legs when they can't get the motion right. She is patient and kind but also no nonsense. Good lessons!
Love aerobic water clasd
Lisa has been fantastic with teaching my daughter's group to swim. She has shown patience and understanding with all the kids. My daughter has learned not only to swim but now can swim confidently with various strokes and increased endurance.
I am a lap swimmer and the pool is always clean. The facility is as well.

Love the water classes. I also plan on starting a program with the equipment upstairs.
The staff is great and I especially enjoy seeing Donovan at the desk but they are are nice. Love having access to both the indoor and outside pool.
It is a place to go for exercise, companionship, and hopefully goodwill.
I like that the group fitness classes are limited in size and that pre-registration is required. The members are friendly and the instructors are excellent. I enjoy Connie and Aaron's classes.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Having childcare is amazing and everyone who helps with that room are great.
Good selection of weightlifting stuff too.
Would be nice if there was a way to walk up besides going through the parking lot. I drive often even though we live close because it's just not pleasant to walk to
