The weight training equipment is top notch , the staff are all excellent and helpful and the facility is always in great order! I spend a lot of time there and love it!

I primarily use the indoor lap pool, which is clean and heated to a comfortable temperature.
What I like best about the "Y" is the camaraderie and helpfulness of all the members. All are welcome and all are supported.
The price is fair enough for what you get.
