Very helpful staff. Patient and informative. Ordered a bike from the shop. Shop people were upfront about stock availability and delivery. Also, no pressure at all to buy something in stock to make an instant sale. Helped me order what I originally came in for.
Excellent, friendly service. Purchased one bike from the showroom, and ordered another. The bike that we ordered came in faster than we expected. They quickly set up our bikes for us, and recommended and installed accessories while we waited. We are new to biking, so they explained everything to us, and set up a bike rack on our truck.

They were very responsive. What I needed they were able to provide immediately. Any mechanical work I ever needed to have done they were able to do quickly. Have a good stock of bikes. They were very aware of the virus protection protocols and adhered to them.

Timmy helped me with my husband's bike. He was very professional. We needed a new seat put on the bike. He had told me that it would take a few days because they were very busy. And then they called late that afternoon to tell me that it was ready. I felt like everyone working there were very friendly and welcoming. I had gone into another bike shop in Lakewood Ranch and felt the complete opposite. Everyone at Trek made me feel like I was very welcome.

Everything. Could have gone on line to buy several things two days ago but liked the personal explanations of what I was buying and recommendations. For example, could have bought a more expensive helmet but lesser priced one was satisfactory for my purposes as recommended by staff.
