Trek bikes are great quality and comfortable. We did a lot of shopping and research on different bikes and found Trek was the brand for us! The service at this location in Lakewood Ranch was impeccable! First class service and above and beyond! They stayed late past closing and were very patient as we tested many different Trek styles. We ended up purchasing 2 Trek bikes at this location because the sales rep was very knowledgeable with a terrific attitude.

Good quality and styling
I didn’t purchase anything but had a repair done. Nice guys for sure but I recommend taking the time to wipe off the grease and handprints before giving back a bicycle to customers. I also think you should get on the bike and ride it not just spin the wheels on a stand. I’m very grateful you put my tire back on! But I got home to ride it and the handle bar was crooked. I’m not complaining at all just making a suggestion. Thank you for fixing the tire!!
