The guys who work there are there to listen to you. Ask questions. They have worked on my very old bike for the past year (I just started riding again after 20 years). Each time I go their I get advice on many things related to biking. The store is not so convenient for shopping browsing but if you ask them they do have many items in stock (past year not so good because of supply chain issues). This year I took the plunge and bought a new bike after researching and talking to them. They setup the bike to my build and the next day I took it for a 30 mile bike ride, it was great. Thanks guys.
