I brought two stuck mountain bike tires that I could not remove. Tom was extremely helpful and professional in removing the tires. I have been into the Bike Lane in Reston multiple times. Each time the people are friendly and helpful despite the requests that I have made. Bike Lane is a great bike shop and I will be back. Thanks very much for all your help.

The Bike Lane seems honest and trustworthy. They have done nice work on my repairs. The maintenance class I took was informative and useful. I love stopping in for a coffee and talking bikes.
Very happy with trek bikes. Service at this bike lane is outstanding both in the mechanics shop and among the sales staff. Everyone is knowledgeable and takes time to answer questions and ensure customer satisfaction.
The entire staff and store vibe is incredible. Michelle went out of her way to ensure my bike got the TLC it needed and Marc was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as he helped me navigate all the nuances of my next bike purchase. Just feels like home every time you walk in the door.

I liked that the person I checked in with noted the trip I was going on and told the tech the purpose of the maintenance
Nothing overly disappointing but the high brow, super racer, expert bike clientele, culture click was a bit much. Felt judged the minute I walked in the door. And felt upsold. $200 for a spring tuneup. Fine. Then add on $15 to adjust the front derailer? $60 tires back and front? Walked out of the shop spending 1/4 of the new value of my 6 yr old bike on a simple tuneup. Was told the total would be mid $350s, walked out paying over $400. I suspect I’m not the target audience, which I get. I’ll be back before I race in the next Tour de France….
