The Staff is great! They were very helpful and educational.
Amanda was the key to my enjoyment of our bike service this week. She is genuine, a great communicator with and coordinator of customer and service staff. She should train your entire team how to successfully interact with customers and staff. It makes a huge difference when the customer's and staff's expectations are aligned and in line with reality. It's simple, but few people make a practice of it. Seriously, without the positive interaction with Amanda coordinating our service, probably wouldn't come back.

I really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff. I recently brought in several bikes for service. After going through what was needed, the service person apologized for the long list of items that needed to be serviced or replaced. She then called me on the phone later to discuss the work, again apologizing for the high cost. She went through each item with me to see if there were ways to reduce the expense. In the end, we only found about $50 worth of savings, but I really appreciated her taking the extra time to make sure I was happy with the result.
Complimentary first service of a bike purchased from Ski and Bike Kare. Ease of drop off and pick up. Bike rides like new.
