I recently had some repair work done on my mountain bike. The repair was good, but I noticed another issue that I don't think was there before I bought it in. I felt a little awkward about bringing it to their attention, but they totally put me at ease and promptly looked at the new issue. It was probably just a coincidence on the timing of the new issue, but they fixed it right away at no charge. Was it a mistake on their part that they gladly fixed? Maybe. Was it just a coincidence? Probably. Either way, the bike is running great and they were very friendly and professional. This is why I have been using them for years. I have always been impressed with their service.
