Great folks at this store! We were able to schedule service for our three bikes in advance, so the store had folks there ready to help us due to our tight timeline (We bought these in Point, and were traveling for the weekend and need to get our sons bike serviced while we were in the area.). They were able to get all three done overnight so we were able to get them picked up and on our way Saturday morning. Great team and great service, thank you!

Trek bikes glide when you ride them, partly due to the great bike quality the other due to the excellent tuning ability of the Trek guys with the superb knowledge of how to make them hum. The experts in the Wausau store are absolutely all SUPERB. Great group, everyone super pleasant, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We're lucky to have them in our community.

I was happy to able to order the bike I wanted by stopping into the Sheboygan Trek store and getting help with completing the online order and getting the sale price as advertised. They answered all my questions so when the bike was delivered to the store and assembled it was exactly as I had expected. They took the time to explain the features on my bike and made sure it was custom fit for me. Very happy with the whole purchase.

The guys on the floor are knowledgeable and actually work on the bikes. They made the adjustments as requested, finish the job in several days and charged a reasonable fee.
