Product I needed was in stock and installed in less than 7or8 minutes. I had planned on buying couple of tools to do the repair myself. The Freewheel was cheaper than the tools. Employee put new Freewheel and I was on my way home quickly

Great personal service with a desire to find what we need
The service tech was able to confidently assess the condition of the Raleigh bike I brought in and give me an estimate of cost and timeframe--both very reasonable. Within that timeframe, I received an email communication asking me to call about an update to the estimate. The person with whom I spoke explained that I would need a new front tire in addition to the new tube because permanent damage had been done by the previous owner (patching that caused a tear) that was not immediately obvious at intake. He offered two price points and explained the difference. I opted for the more frugal one. For $150 and no hassle, Scheller's helped me revive and make a smooth ride out of a good piece of equipment that had been neglected.

After riding her bike ,and mine,after the repairs, we questioned it, but I think the newer style with the petals back will work better for her physical conditions.
