Everyone I’ve dealt with here is great. I spread my local cycling dollars between Revolution and one other local shop. Maybe it’s the Humboldt vibe but if you need bike stuff Revolution is one of your best choices.

Staff is very professional and courteous. I special ordered some bearings and was told they would be in in a week. It took a couple of weeks for the parts to actually arrive; not a big deal, but it would be nice to have received a status email of the delay.
I got a quote in just a couple days, and it wasn't two more before the work was done, inside the quote margins, and my bike is like a new machine! They are knowledgeable and courteous, and let me know right away when I could come pick up my bike. There was a plush sloth in the window, and they told me where I could go purchase one of those also, from the toy store just down the street. So basically, a great local business that supports other great local businesses. I'll always take my bike there from now on!
