excellent TREK bicycles- I have bought 3 from Revolution- delivery when needed, great staff, knowlegable and good follow through. I could have gotten something similar but $400 cheaper buying online, but prefer to work with these local folks.

The owner is helpful, listening to my questions and needs thoughtfully, seems to appreciate me as a unique customer. If they do not have something in stock, they will order it without fuss. The community aspect, including bringing together people who want to do bike rides and/or tours, is another big plus.

Came in looking for a rear light. Left with an external dropper post. We were lucky that they had the exact dropper post we needed in house (especially since we were just passing through). They were nice and even installed the dropper post for me saving me time and effort. They we helpful and knowledgeable and I cannot recommend them enough.
