The gentleman who took in my bike carefully listened to and noted my description of my bike's issues (and commented he appreciated that I cleaned the bike before I brought it in - I know it's easier to work on a clean piece). The work was done even before the estimated time for completion! and when I picked up my bike, the gentleman told me what he had done and recommended that the wheels be changed out in the future - the rims are getting grooved. Although I haven't ridden the bike yet - going out for my ride just now - I expect that it'll be in top condition given my past experience with Revolution. overall an outstanding bike shop.

Excellent no pressure sales, trained service. You can buy similar features for less, and without the service part. Don't waste your money on something not backed with local service. And I love my Trek Charter+ 5S. Worth it!

I was looking for a new bike. The shop mechanics were also the sales personnel. They took the time to listen to my needs, answer my many questions, contact the manufacturer for additional information, and offered some suggestions. They were knowledgeable about their products, availability, ordering, and compatibility of alternate components. They were very quick and efficient when it came time to fulfill the order and build up the bike. They were very responsive when it came time for e-communications and contacted me when they said they were going to.
