They've really got your back. Very easy-going, no hard-sell tactics. Pleasant experience from start to finish. I loved that they let me ride the bike twice (at least) to make up my mind before I eventually bought it. They made a few mods to make me happy. An all-round pleasant, happy, exciting experience for me, and I bought a woooonderful bike.

Great customer service
When I mentioned that I lived in Crescent City, a town without a bike shop, and that I was driving down for another appointment, they accommodated me and worked my brake repair into their schedule. I received professional treatment and enjoyed talking trails and rides with owner Justin. I look forward to stopping and shopping at Revolution next time I head south.
