Service repair was started when the issue was described. Parts for repair was in stock. Back on the bike and on the trail within 30 minutes. Great service and friendly employees. Phat Tire is now the shop we will use.

Phat Tire sells quality bikes, parts and give world class service. They've helped me the last few weeks with bikes for exchange students from Bulgaria that live on their bikes. I've had to go in a few times needing tubes, tires, etc. They've made me feel like I was their most important customer every time I've gone in. I've watched as they handle everyone that comes in the same way. They are sincerely, 100% customer centric. I'm not a biker but Dane and Van have been patient with me, helped me understand the bikes and talk to me about bikes from a place of knowledge and love for biking. They've made me want to become a biker myself.
