I had a fantastic experience at Phat Tire Bike Shop in Rogers, Arkansas. Skyler and Scott went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They helped my friend get set up with a bike rental, and at the same time they repaired my bike quickly and professionally.
What really stood out was how friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful they were throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer our questions, explained the repairs clearly, and made sure both of us left completely satisfied. Skyler even helped us load and unload our bikes. It's obvious they take pride in their work and truly care about providing great customer service.
Whether you need a repair, want to rent a bike, buy the right equipment, or just need advice from people who know and love cycling, I highly recommend Phat Tire Bike Shop. We rented an e-bike for the day and had a great experience. I called early Saturday morning to reserve one for 11:00am, and the bike was ready to go the moment we arrived. The paperwork was quick — just a short form to fill out — and we were on our way. The crew was friendly and helpful, as always. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! Selection is limited, but that's understandable. If you serviced Aventon e-bikes I'd visit much more often, as I ride mine every day and currently have to go to Bentonville for servicing.
