Since relocating to NWA I've been going to Phat Tire for about 10 years. Most recently I was in need of a minor brake adjustment and they took care of me on the spot and had it ready within a half hour. If you're in a pinch stop in. For that matter anytime as they'll take care of you.I've used the shops in Bentonville and Bella Vista locations always with great timely service. I have bought a Trek mtn bike, 2 Kuat bike racks, tires , helmets, water bottles, energy drinks, clothing etc., they got it all. The service is friendly, efficient and resonably priced. It's a great bike shop with all your biking needs under one roof. Make it your go to bike shop. I know it's mine.
You tried to explain to me how the bike gears work.
The store owners were extremely helpful and knowledgeable when helping me determine whether a used bike I had received was worth fixing or if I should buy a new one. They could have easily talked me into upgrading to a new bike, since I told them it was for my daughter and that my main concern was her safety. That's a layup for a dishonest salesperson. Instead of selling me a new bike for $600+, they told me to let them restore the current bike for $160. Awesome customer service and integrity. They did a fantastic job bringing this bike back to life, and my daughter was so excited when we surprised her with it. Thanks again, guys. I will definitely be back!

I recently stopped by the Phat Tire bike shop in Norman just to look around and check out some potential upgrades for one of my bikes. While I was there, I had the opportunity to speak with Dane Price.
Dane was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk through several upgrade options with me. He listened to what I was considering and provided helpful insight without any pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s always great to talk with someone who clearly understands the equipment and enjoys helping riders make informed decisions.
Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend the Phat Tire bike shop in Norman, OK. The customer service and expertise made it a great visit, and I look forward to stopping in again.

We were traveling through Little Rock and riding the nice town trails when the rear brake on my EBike totally failed! I called Phat Tire and they were confident that they could fix me up! I arrived on a Monday when they first opened. First name removed took my project on immediately....two hours later...all repaired perfectly. Their fee for parts and labor was very reasonable and less than I had expected. Back safely on the trails and enjoyed talking with everyone as I watched the repairs in process.......in other words. I highly recommend their services!

My son had a race the next day and they put a new part on the bike not knowing if it would be fully under warranty. I assured them they I would pay for it if not covered. I offered to pay and then be paid back they said no we will work it out.
That is what makes a great shop. Ensuring the kids they can toe the line. I send everyone there.
