The staff was very friendly. They were knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell me, which I appreciated. I was able to come right off the trail, get the help I needed, and get right back on the trail. I do wish they carried cold drinks and chapstick. I am on a road bike, not a mountain bike, and they were still able to assist me. That is hard to do in this area.
Parts inventory is limited, this store seems to be geared toward sales and rentals. Gentleman that helped me yesterday was polite and went out of his way to find what I needed in the back of the store. That has not always been my experience here so it was refreshing. Thank you Phat Tire.

We had a great experience at the Phat Tire Bella Vista shop. Working with Adam was amazing. He set me up with a great bike, pedals and accessories. He’s very very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The automated communication with the mechanics and shop are great. You know exactly when parts arrive, and when your bike it ready, no guessing. I would highly recommend this bike shop and look forward to working with them in the future.

Thanks to Phat Tire Bentonville for prompt, excellent service. The service technician Caleb was knowledgeable, professional, and explained clearly what the issue was with my granddaughter's bicycle. Shop was able to get me exactly what I wanted. Great communication about the timeline. Execution of the bike build was perfect. Shop manager Kevin really went above and beyond to make sure things went well.
