Big selection
The employees here are super helpful and knowledgeable about the products that they have! They made it so easy to get a new bike and even in the fun color I wanted. Then they helped me with a new inner tube when I hit a big thorn on the trails.

The brands carried at Phat Tire are top notch and the people who handle sales are very knowledgeable and professional. The service department does a great job keeping our bikes tuned and ready to hit the trails. We come here to Bentonville because we don’t feel our TREK shop in Texas has the expertise to work for n e-bikes.
