Quality and quick service
Travelled in from over an hour away, and willingness to stay a little late expressed on the phone, and followed up with excellent service at the shop. Experience and skill were evident in assembling carry rack and adding a few add-ons to bike. Test ride went great, and tips and suggestions for me as a newbie e-mtn bike rider on point with helpful stuff. Much appreciated.
Shop had lots of good bike stuff and will be stopping back in soon with a friend or two to get some more gear as needed.

We always enjoy dealing with Ted at the McCauley Mountain ski shop (Pedals and Petals). His ski instructors were fantastic with our Aussie grandkids who had never seen snow before. They were able to rent skis for the week in the shop which saved a lot of time when we arrived. They can't wait to return!
We used the service, the Ski Shop provides, to store our skis and boots throughout the season. It's a treat to have everything ready and warm at the mountain and reasonably priced too.
Finally, this ski season was not as strong as some in the past but when it was over, we received prompt service having our skis waxed and readied for next years season.
This is a great family mountain and although the season is ending, it's an affordable place to have a great time.
I have some old school telemarks and your guy there is the only person probably within a 100 mile radius who could fix them. Charge more!
During a weekend trip in the area, I realized my old bicycle tires needed replacement. I stopped by Pedals & Petals. I was warmly welcomed by Ted and Dave. I inquired about new tires and the possibility of replacing them. Ted sprung into action, located tires that fit my bike, and replaced them in a very short time. I had a terrific conversation with Dave while waiting, and was soon on my way. I highly recommend Pedals & Petals if you are in the Inlet, NY area in search of bicycle rentals or service.
